Crying Manyu

My 4 stage crying routine

I start off being happy and engaging in important activity like breaking the keyboard or eating the camera...

When suddenly it is snatched away from me. I give them 2 seconds to return it as I prepare to cry...

If not returned I commence crying loudly...

Soon I get my item back or in most cases get suitably distracted which signals an end to my crying.

New Apartment

September, 2008 - There have been a few warm days in September, and mommy likes to swim.
Luckily for her there is a heated outdoor pool here.

I was also given swiming lessons thrice this summer. Twice here and the first time in the pool off Meadowlands, with daddy.

I am waiting patiently on the side of the pool waiting for mommy to come out...

and give me a warm hug.

Eating Adventures

I am passionate about eating, and never say no to food.

Mommy feeds me some bottled sweet potato...

But she gets it all over my cheeks...

I can feed myself better than that, so I ask for the spoon of yogurt...

With similar results.

Morning Ablutions

New Apartment (Sept 1, 2008) - I am getting into a routine in the new apartment.
I wake up in the morning and look around.

I spot mommy and/or daddy and give them a smile.

Then I brush my teeth.

I have to choose which clothes to wear.

Goodbye to Old House

Aug 30, 2008 - It is time to say goodbye to the old house where I was born. I lived here for the first 10 months of my life, and managed to crawl all over the place. But despite my attempts to climb down the steps, head first, I was always prevented from doing so. Now we move to a new apartment overlooking the river where there are no steps.

Thatha and Oni Leave for India

Montreal (Aug 27, 2008) - We took the 11 am bus to Montreal on Wednesday morning. The plane from New York was delayed so we went to Burger King to have food. We returned to the arrival lounge and were waiting there, when who should I see but Thatha and Oni.

I was so happy to meet them... and no I had not forgotten them. Here I am waving my hand while Oni sings Tharamaya to me.

We went to a restaurant to have food, and then came back to the departure lounge to play some more.

Oni and Thatha took turns holding me and playing with me.

Thatha and I complement each other... I have all the teeth he is missing.

New Sling

Ottawa (Aug 10, 2008) - Mommy bought a new sling. This enables me to take advantage of the real estate on mommy's back as also the front.

I sit in my office on mommy's back with easy access to all my toys...

I office overlooks mommy's chin now and I have excellent views of her teeth and oesophagus...

I am in my little thug outfit with sleeveless shirt and ready to box.

What is little Manyu to do with this hair brush?
